Develop, execute and update segments strategy for the market, action plans against existing and new target accounts to achieve and exceed sales quotas. Identify new accounts for acquisition through a variety of channels. Convert new accounts into loyal accounts. Negotiate attend trade shows, conferences and industry meetings. Plan and execute sales trips (national & international), sales calls, site visits and client entertainment. Travel is required. Develop strong internal/external customer relationships.
Analyse and maintain knowledge of customers, market trends and competition. Participate in regular business reviews and sales meetings. Provide progress reports to DOS. Monitor, collect and analyse data and communicate all information to team. Supervise support staff in the planning, administration and execution of select client events and other sales and marketing promotions.
Skills / Experience
• Bachelor Degree Holder
• Previous senior government sales leadership experience recommended
• Having a UAE experience with DMC is a plus
• Possess strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proven prospecting and new business development abilities
• Closing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Arabic speaking, preferred
• Superior time management and relationship building
• Strong organization and follow-through skills
• Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with external internal clients
