Service Center Agent - Operator
The operator will be reporting to the Front Office Manager and responsible in the following key tasks:
- Be responsible in receiving and answering telephone calls as well as transferring the calls.
- Receiving incoming mails and parcels as well as distributing to addressee
- The operator provides all communications both external and internal, professionally and with good level of - - Language skills. Operates the hotel switchboard, incoming and outgoing faxes, hotel’s paging system; -- -- - implements Dusit telephone etiquette in a professional manner and provides telephone services to guests - - such as wake-up calls, message taking and paging service.
- Candidate should have at least high vocational diploma in any relevant discipline; minimum of 1 year- experience in telephone operator/call center; have good english communication skills both in written and spoken and possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
