As an Assistant Server you will be a part of our Beverage & Food department reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Job Description

As an Assistant Server you are responsible for cleaning off all plate and glassware from tables that have left; to re-set the table in the restaurants style; to make sure the table is set properly and clean; to make sure the chairs and floor area around the table is clean; to bring all dishware to the dish area for cleaning; to greet guests in the absence of the hostess; to make suggestions about menu selections when ask; to ensure the timely delivery of food orders. A true customer service oriented approach is essential for this role.


At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations in a luxurious property is required.
Previous Middle East Experience is preferred.
A College Degree or a Diploma in Hotel Management or in a related filed are required.
We expect you to have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Micros.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is a must.
