We are looking for talented and passionate Chefs to join a well established and successful team at the outstanding 5-Star Deluxe Brown’s Hotel, the London flagship of Rocco Forte Hotels.

Mark Hix has created an exceptional food concept with a reputation for the finest British cooking; sharing a passion and belief in using solely the finest seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

We currently have Chef positions available for Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties in our Main Kitchen and Pastry Kitchen.

These roles offer an exciting opportunity to join an outstanding team renowned for their approach to training, career development and progression and join the internationally renowned Rocco Forte Hotels.

Entry Requirements

We are searching for highly motivated individuals, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills.
