The Commis will assist in the preparation, production, duties and responsibilities of his/her Culinary Section as assigned by the Chef de Cuisine. Give full support to the entire culinary team when there is a need for other culinary related events in the hotel.
- Culinary school graduate preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity in a 5* resort/hotel
- Good knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
- Good communication skills in English
- EFST certificate, required
