We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Maintenance professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a General Mechanical Supervisor you are responsible to supervise and coordinate the installation, modification and maintenance of equipment and your role will include key responsibilities such as:

•Maintain all kitchen and laundry equipments in good working order
•Prepare preventive maintenance schedule
•Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen and laundry equipments
•Maintain the performance of pumps and motors
•Follow the preventive maintenance chart strictly and maintain records for future reference
•Coordinate with other department’s counterparts to ensure their satisfaction on quality and progress and to create healthy relationship with inter-departments
•Able to effectively interpret engineering drawings and calculations and quickly identify inconsistencies
•Create on the job training among engineering employees and create opportunities for them to enhance their skills and multitask
•Aware of the emergency procedure in the hotel and know what to do in case of emergencies
•Abide by the rules of the hotel and act as an example to others
•Fit and assemble of components, sub assemble and complete equipment to appropriate precision and standards.

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a diploma in mechanical engineering with considerable experiences in a similar role and a proven knowledge in the mechanical operation of equipments. A good command of English and the ability to find fault and rectify systems are essentials.
