  • Overall responsibility of Sales Generation for High End / Exclusive Banquets & Events
  • Growth of business through retention of key accounts & developing of new accounts in Corporate Sector for Banquets & Events
  • Be a one point of contact & a consultant to guest from the first call till the day of the event
  • Welcomes walk-in guests inquiring about conference rooms and banqueting facilities on absence of sales executives.
  • Controls that the hotel standards are respected on service level.
  • Handles guests’ requests, reservations coming through the sales office.
  • Assist DOSM and Sales Manager in weekly walk troughs, reports and communicates closely with engineering, housekeeping, Stewarding, Executive Office and Managers
  • Works along with sales managers to prepare special events.
  • Elaborates projects assigned in order to improve the overall service.
  • Knows the departmental goals, standards, policies and procedures which may include some familiarity of other departments within the hotel.
