  • Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls.
  • Make sure that all international calls made are logged for Accounts reference.
  • Meeting and greeting of visitors and directing them to the concerned person/s.
  • Coordinates with Messenger for any deliveries and collections.
  • Coordinates with courier if there’s any documents/items to be sent via domestic or international.
  • Receive and distribute any parcel/items that has been delivered.
  • Keep the reception area tidy.
  • Handles reservation of Conference Room.
  • Make sure that pantry items and office supplies are replenish accordingly.
  • Coordinate with building maintenance for any maintenance problem that may arise.
  • In-charge of Cheques and other documents for signature.
  • Handles Petty Cash distribution and replenishment.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
