Job Overview
The  Supervisor Attendant has overall responsibility
for supervising, monitoring and cleaning the Fitness Centre to include but not
limited to, reception area, waiting areas, treatment rooms, changing rooms, wet
area’s, pool, gym, sports area, and 
storage rooms and prep areas. Incumbent must utilize available resources
to provide excellent guest satisfaction. The Supervisor Attendant will meet or
exceed productivity and cleanliness standards, taking corrective action as
needed to ensure standards are maintained. Work hours/days vary as dictated by
business needs, and may include weekends and holidays.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervises the thorough
    cleaning of all assigned areas within prescribed standard guidelines.
  • Properly and safely use
    authorized cleaning agents.
  • Maintain the inventory of all
    items placed in the spa and reports to the Coordinator with the reports.
  • Keep all areas of the spa
    including storage areas clean and organized.
  • Assisting guests with towels,
    robes, lockers and facilities.
  • Greet all the guests warmly and
    provide courteous assistance.
  • Responsible for maintaining
    equipment and storage area for linen, closet and locker areas.
  • Keeping
    complete supervision over all lockers and maintain the functionality at all
    times.
  •  Show around for guests in the
    dressing rooms.
  • Report any damaged or missing
    items or maintenance repair needs to management
  • Helps ensure facility is only
    accessed by actual guests and that it is safe and secure at all times.
  • Maintain
    eye contact when addressing guests.
  • Handle
    guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate
    and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
  • Maintain
    a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
  • Communicate
    to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the Fitness
    Centre that require attention
  • Report
    all accidents, dangerous occurrences, or hazards, no matter how minor, to the
    Coordinator and /Operations in Charge
  • Motivate
    and coordinate all attendant staff at all times.
  • Arranges for professional
    cleaning training for all attendant staff.
  • Liaises with the Lifeguards
    regarding the pool chemical levels and general cleanliness.
  • Liaises with the laundry for
    Quality control of all laundry.
  • Liaises with Coordinator regarding
    flower, refreshments and fruit orders as well as the presentation of these on a
    daily basis.
  • Must
    be available for other duties in the case that the Coordinator or Operations in
    Charge asks from time to time
