  • Candidate MUST  presently hold a senior position within the Sales & Marketing department of a 5 star hotel and have extensive background in managing Public Relations
  • Arabic speaking candidates will be highly preferred

Our client is a leading luxury hotel company. To compliment and direct the Hotel’s marketing operations, including direct marketing, marketing solicitation, Public Relations, marketing administration and social media / online marketing, we are now looking for a Director of Marketing & PR who has extensive experience in developing business strategies to enhance the company's overall presence, market share and footprint especially from the luxury market segment.

Key Profile:

  • At least 3-4 years related experience in a senior role within the Sales & Marketing department with a strong focus on managing Public Relations and online presence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related discipline with specialisation in and Marketing
  • Must have prior GCC experience
  • Financially astute and comfortable formulating budgets and marketing plans
  • Must be comfortable dealing with high-end government delegations, embassies, celebrities, CEOs and Corporate officers as well as High Net worth individuals
  • Develop suitable plans and strategies for the hotel
  • Able to manage a small team and work independently as well
  • Background must show stability in prior positions
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, decision making, organisational and training abilities
  • Good communication and writing skills and astute Social Media skills
