Guest Relations Manager
We currently have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team at our ultra-luxury 5* Resort, One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives.
Reporting into the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 26 colleagues and for overseeing all aspects of our exceptional and personalised Guest Services at the resort; including being the first and constant point of contact for our guests, creating unforgettable first impressions and exceeding guests’ expectations during their stay, acting as a representative of the Resort Management, attending regular resort functions and activities, and creating an environment that develops, coaches and nurtures our colleagues.
We are looking for someone who strives to go the “extra mile” to exceed our guests’ expectations, someone who embraces the entrepreneurial spirit for which Kerzner has become known for in the hospitality industry, thus ensuring that guests who visit our resorts have amazing experiences and everlasting memories.
