As a Bliss Spa Receptionist you will be part of our Bliss Spa team and you will be reporting to the Bliss Spa Manager.



Job Description

As a Bliss Receptionist it is your task to meet and greet clients upon entering the Bliss Spa in a friendly and courteous manner. You will be responsible for booking treatments and following up on confirmations, answering the phones and responding appropriately, as well as replenishing supplies under stocked supplies as needed. Further tasks are: conducting daily midday registers counts; ensuring client satisfaction by effectively meeting the customer needs; selling and upselling retail products to walk-in clients in order to achieve monthly sales goals; as well as maintaining, cleaning, organizing a functional front desk area with standard bliss supplies.



Requirements

You exceed customer expectations and communicate easily with others.
You demonstrate team spirit, cooperation and flexibility.
You must be fluent in the English and Arabic language and must at least have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or retail position.
Prior experience in the Middle East is preferred.
