hotel is a kilometer away from Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), very
close to the diplomatic enclave. The hotel's fitness facilities are located at
the top floor, and offer great views of the city. Besides a well equipped
fitness room, there is a pool, and three massage rooms.

Currently we are looking
for an Asian Outlet Manager (Preferably Far Asian national) in
our  Sushi Restaurant - SushiSan to support our dynamic Food
& Beverage team at the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi.

As an Outlet
Manager, you will manage the efficient operation of the Restaurant through
customer focused service delivery. 

In this position, you
will effectively oversee the operations of the Sushi Outlet to ensure
customer service is at its best. You will be responsible for maximizing all
revenue opportunities, serving all food and beverages as required by the hotel
brand standards and maintaining overall levels of courtesy, service and

You will be responsible for managing and motivating your team
and will be required to ensure that all colleagues within your outlet are
adequately trained and developed in line with the company policy. 

Outlet Manager will actively guide and direct the whole team to ensure
consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service
delivery. You will be able to understand, analyze and interpret the outlets
Profit & Loss data. You will work closely with other outlet managers to
deliver improvement of the overall F&B Department.  You are also
required to anticipate market changes, review operations when necessary and
conduct competitor analysis as well as industry trends.  You will handle
guests’ complaints in a professional manner and ensure great customer

Ideally, you will have 2
years of experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel.

You’ll have ambition,
talent and obviously, willingness to learn. Because, for this vital role, we’re
looking for someone who can initiate, drive and execute all Restaurant
activities that will increase and maintain our Guest Love and Guest

Ideally you'll have
demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role or you're a strong
experienced Asst. Manager and ready to take the next step. The
candidate must have 4-5 star hotel experience in F&B operation and
 experience in leading and developing a team.  Preferably Far
Asian national ie. Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Myanmaar or Vietnamese
with strong knowledge of Sushi. High attention to detail is required and you
need to be driven to achieve desired results through the key performance
indicators associated with guest and colleague satisfaction.


Ultimately, you will be
able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in
English.   You will be a self-starter and you will be able to
demonstrate understanding of the business and link the business environment to
IHG commitments; the ideal candidate has the ability to lead and motivate team
members to achieve the results; You are adaptable and flexible with the ability
to build relationships in a multi-cultural environment and gain trust and
support of team members and senior managers. 

You will have exceptional
planning, organizing and delegating skills and you will have the ability to
exhibit strong decision making skills to deliver brand service standards
resulting in highest guest satisfaction.  You will possess a high level of
integrity to lead by example and gain respect of peers and colleagues
