  • Responsible for the production of all  items for In Room Dining and/or Pool Bar.
  • Responsible for all the food sequence of preparation  to assure that the products are properly handled and prepared in accordance of the recipies.
  • Ensures and maintains proper stocks, maintains cleanliness and order at the workplace at all times.
  • Ensures work quality and cost control in mind.
  • Consistently abides the Shangri-La food safety practices.
  • Consistently provides an excellent dining experience to all our guests.


  • With at least  2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotels
  • Priority will be given to those who possess a certificate/award obtained from culinary arts competition.
  • Good command in English language
  • Very knowledgeable in Food & Hygiene Sanitation standards
  • Highly motivated and passionate to do the job
  • Flexible, able to work long hours and assist in other areas whenever needed
  • Proactive, vibrant and engaging to guests and colleagues
