- Responsible for the production of all items especially in Asian and Vietnamese section.
- Responsible for all the food sequence of preparation to assure that the products are properly handled and prepared in accordance of the recipies.
- Ensures and maintains proper stocks, maintains cleanliness and order at the workplace at all times.
- Ensures work quality and cost control in mind.
- Consistently abides the Shangri-La food safety practices.
- Consistently provides an excellent dining experience to all our guests.
- With at least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotels
- Priority will be given to those who possess a certificate/award obtained from culinary arts competition.
- Good command in English language
- Very knowledgeable in Food & Hygiene Sanitation standards
- Highly motivated and passionate to do the job
- Flexible, able to work long hours and assist in other areas whenever needed
- Proactive, vibrant and engaging to guests and colleagues
