 Qualifications

 Job Summary

To supervise the daily operation and sales process of the Event booking Center/Reactive Sales. To plan, qualify and negotiate all hotel events with use of the hotel Sales Strategy. Provide the operation/banquet team with all the necessary information, files and data to ensure a high service level. Is responsible and manage professionally the allocation of function and group room space Sales and Catering System (Opera) according to need times and protect hotel strategies (optimize revenue) in catering and group rooms.

Enter all group bookings to Marsha & Front Office Opera system. Ensure that customer information appears correctly in Hotel systems. Manage tentative and definite group blocks into opera versus Marsha. Follow up on group visa’s in conjunction with the visa coordinator. Provide Rooming list to the concerned department.
