The Front Services Executive is responsible to delight our guests at all stages. The Front Services Executive must maintain a consistently high standard of customer service throughout the shift. He/she also acts as a representative of the hotel and handles all guest matters brought to their attention to the satisfaction of the guest.
The nature of this position is responsible for welcoming the guest at the airport, assisting with their luggage, and arriving procedures at the airport as well as assuring that the guest gets escorted to the car which drops him to the hotel. Further responsibilities are including, and not limited to, checking–in and checking-out our guests in a friendly and caring manner according to the Emaar procedures and standards. At all time, he/she displays a professional and positive image of the hotel as he/she plays a crucial role in the first and last impression the guest will have of the hotel.
