Japanese Sushi Chef (5* Resort) in Cyprus
Applications are invited from candidates matching the following profile.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in hotel industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Head Chef (Japanese Outlet) in a 5* chain hotel.
- Sound knowledge in Japanese Kitchen (Sushi).
- Good Administrative / Managerial skills.
- Sufficient exposure and expertise in food costing, menu planning, kitchen management, etc.
- A Good team player and be able to train, motivate and lead a team of multi-lingual kitchen staff.
