Radisson Blu Hotel & Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi Yas Island is offering a great opportunity for a young, dynamic, motivated individual to take on the position of Guest Service Manager in our Front Office Department at Park Inn By Radisson Hotel Abu Dhabi Yas Island.

Guest Service Manager

The primary objective of this role is to increase guest satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous Front Office service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations. Directly responsible to lead and supervise all activities related to Guest Service Agents, Bell service, Telephone Operators, Night Auditor and Business Centre areas. Supervise and co-ordinate Front Office operation ensuring the highest levels of hospitality services is provided.

The successful candidate will have at least two year of experience in a similar position in Front Office Department within 4 or 5 star hotels in Middle East, possess a good computer skills, knowledge of Opera PMS is required. Must proficient in English, written and spoken and any other European language (German, Italian or Russian) will be for an advantage. Showing a professional “Yes I Can” attitude and be flexible to work in different shifts.
