Job Location

 

The Grand Millennium Hotel Muscat is the flagship of the Grand Millennium Brand. The Hotel is Sharia Compliant with seven (7) F&B outlets, spa and recreation and a total of 328 rooms and apartments. It is located next to the Muscat Grand Mall.

 

Key Job Responsibilities

 

  • Interact and co-operate with hotel guests as appropriate.
  • Interact and co-operate with other employees of the Millennium Hotel.
  • Responsible for external service operators to ensure all guests’ needs are covered.
  • Enhance personal recognition and prompt attention to guests from their arrival through to their departure.
  • Exceed all guest expectations ensuring follow-up and prioritise guest requests.
  • Have full knowledge of VIP requirements and standards including all Millennium club lounge procedures and room benefits and specifications for Millennium club guests and VIP guests.
  • Ensure that guest history and profiles are updated on a regular basis.
  • Review all arrivals thoroughly a week out and on a daily basis to ensure all regular and VIP guests are recognised.
  • Ensure correct set up and procedures are adhered to in the Millennium club lounges providing the ultimate in service standards as per Millennium Club SOP.
  • Escort VIP’s and club guests to their allocated rooms.
  • Promptly attend to guest’s needs, queries and requests.
  • Promote the hotel facilities and services whenever possible.
  • Ensure the highest quality in food standards in accordance with Millennium club SOP adhering to all food hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest complaints immediately and follow up on all action thoroughly liaising with FOM and Duty Managers at all times.
  • Promote Millennium & Copthorne hotels world-wide whenever possible.

 

  Qualifications  

 

* Minimum two (2) years experience as a Senior Guest Service Agent

* Must have Five (5) Star Hotel Background

* GCC experience desirable
