Job Location

 

The Grand Millennium Hotel Muscat is the flagship of the Grand Millennium Brand. The Hotel is Sharia compliant with seven (7) F&B outlets, spa and recreation and a total of 328 rooms and apartments. It is located next to the Muscat Grand Mall.

 

Key Job Responsibilities

 

  • Demonstrates personal cleanliness and proper discipline at all times.
  • Hands on ability to carry goods from receiving area or store kitchen.
  • Learns and keeps record of new items and recipes
  • Demonstrates with practicing cleanliness of all food storage & refrigerators in section for which responsible.
  • Cleans & maintains working areas, food storage areas clean and tidy.
  • Ensure mise-en-place is prepared according to supervisor’s instruction.
  • Learn & maintain preparation standards.
  • Ensure dishes prepared by self or kitchen hands or trainers are up to the hotel’s standards set by the Executive Chef.
