Radisson Blu Hotel and Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi Yas Island is offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, dynamic and detail oriented individual to take on the position of “Chief Steward”
Your responsibility will be a smooth running of stewarding department and to coordinate all activities in Stewarding to clean, sanitize cookware and crockery, and clean the kitchen, to plan for timely supply of clean dishes and pots in accordance with HACCP Guidelines and regulations. In this exciting position you will lead the stewarding team of 30 team members.
The ideal candidate will have experienced in Stewarding procedures where outside catering is operated, strong knowledge in chemical handling in kitchen and HACCP. This position requires hands on presence and visibility in the operation.
The selected individual will have at least 2 years experienced in Hotel within stewarding department with a solid background in managing a diverse team, computer literate and have the ability to cope under pressure.
