A one of kind and 6* equivalent luxury resort in Bali seeks a strong and hands on Director of Food & Beverage, who will take charge of their award winning specialty restaurants and F&B functions.
As this resort is considered as the best not only in its region, but also in the world, our client is very “strict” about their requirements and will only consider those who have been trained and have worked in top Michelin Star Restaurants and award winning/recognized F&B outlets in luxury hotels.
You must fulfill the below “mandatory” requirements to qualify for this role:
Food & Beverage education and training in a well known institute in Europe or USA is mandatory.
Extensive experience in Michelin Star or equivalent recognized restaurants.
SE Asia and International work experience in luxury resorts is a must.
More than 10 years of employment in a Food & Beverage role in a 5-star luxury brand Hotel will also be considered.
Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality profession. This includes the knowledge required for management of people, complex problems and food and beverage management.
The successful candidate will assist in planning and managing the operations of the Food and Beverage divisions to achieve customer (guest, employees, owners, and brand) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Assist in developing the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans.
