Guest Service Agent
- Manage the phone in a caring and professional manner according to the hotels standards, able to take and deliver an accurate message.
- Answer to any reservations inquiries using phone, e-mail and fax
- Ensure that all systems are updated accurately and all the front office records and filing are completed in all areas as per the hotels standards.
- Handle guest complaints tactfully and pass on all the complaints to the Front Office Manager for follow up.

Desired candidate should be a Hotel Management graduate with a minimum of 1 year experience as Guest Service Agent in a 5 star environment. Must be computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a passion for service quality and excellence. Outgoing, creative and eager to share the desire to deliver Novotel service standards and ACCOR values with guests and associates.
