Job Level
The Operations Manager will help the General Manager attain the sales, management and financial targets. He/she ensures that all services are in accordance to the AccorHotels set guideline.
S/He will help to draw up hotel budgets, analyses results and implements any corrective actions required in conjunction with the General Manager.
S/He will ensure respect of the brand basics, standards and procedures and supervises application.

Master / MBA Areas of study Hospitality Management Professional experiences

6 to 10 years Languages essential

English (Primary tongue) Optional languages Arabic (Intermediate)
French (Working level) Essential and optional requirements

We are looking for a strong leader with passion for sales and achieving targets.
The right candidate must be a good communicator with excellent organizational, planning and leadership skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
S/He will be a hands-on professional with passion for quality and excellence.
S/He is an outgoing, creative and eager to share the desire to deliver Novotel service standards and values with guests and associates.
S/He must at least 5-6years’ of experience in a hospitality, preferably at F&B or FO operation.
