The 5 star hotel has 232 guest rooms and suites offering spacious accommodation and comfort. Facilities include an executive floor and lounge, ballroom and 5 meetings rooms equipped with the latest technologies. The excellent dining options include an international restaurant, a new Asian concept, delicatessen, terrace cafe, lobby lounge and 24 hour room service, while the recreational facilities include a spa and well equipped gym.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Transfer daily city ledger data from front office system to back office accounts receivable module.
- Verify the total transfer with city ledger folios.
- Review the city ledger folios with supporting documents such as charge slips, LPOs etc.
- Follow up if required for billing instructions, LPOs and supporting documents.
- Prepare invoices and obtain the Financial Controller’s signature.
- Send the original invoices with supporting documents to the customer, and file a copy of the full set in the customer file and another copy in the sequential file.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a hotel
- Good command of English Language both written and spoken
