The 5 star hotel has 232 guest rooms and suites offering spacious accommodation and comfort. Facilities include an executive floor and lounge, ballroom and 5 meetings rooms equipped with the latest technologies. The excellent dining options include an international restaurant, a new Asian concept, delicatessen, terrace cafe, lobby lounge and 24 hour room service, while the recreational facilities include a spa and well equipped gym.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Import the previous day’s employee swiping card data from the swiping terminal to time & attendance system.
- Follow up with respective departments if any employee has not completed the swiping cycle.
- Update, run close day operation, print and file daily time sheets.
- Verify overtime requisitions with time sheets, forward for approval, distribute green copy and process approved overtime requisitions in the payroll system.
- Verify and forward payroll notification form for approval, distribute copies and open employee file with the original copy of the same.
- Verify and process leave application forms, vacation travel LPOs, change of status of employees, cash advance requests, bank loan application and miscellaneous services request for banquet / casual staff.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in 5 star hotel
- Good command of English language
