Key Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily complimentary checks report, employee costs report, flash beverage cost report and flash food cost report and the room amenities report.
- Check the daily receiving report and record the total amount in the receiving reconciliation record.
- Action micros request form and par stock change forms
- Prepare the banquet beverage consumptions analysis for each banquet function.
- Check and approve store requisitions & store purchase requisitions.
- Prepare and post inter outlet transfers on a daily basis.
- Degree in Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a five star hotel
- Good command of English Language both written and spoken
