Millennium Hotel & Convention Centre is an attractive international business class hotel located on Salmiya, Kuwait with 295 well-appointed bedrooms, 3 F&B Outlets, Health Club, Swimming Pool, 21 Meeting & Events/Function Rooms and 6000sqmtr Ballroom & Retail Shops.Key Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate details of events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, charity events, surprise parties, trade shows, sales meetings, business meetings, employee appreciation events and virtual events.
- Calculate budgets and adjust when necessary.
- Book venues and negotiate fees.
- Work with guest of honour to ensure all requests are met.
- Define company brand through events.
- Ensure staff is adequately prepared for event.
- Ensure day of event goes smoothly.
- Set up booths, flowers, decorations, and other event decor.
- Sample food, including main dishes and desserts.
- You must be fluent in Arabic & English language (both written & Verbal).
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in a high volume, high energy environment, preferably in Middle East is required.
