We would like to hear from proven, hands-on, highly organised Food and Beverage Managers with a strong operational background.  Recognised 4/5 star hotel training supported by a credible Food and Beverage management record in luxury hotels is desirable.  Fluent spoken and written German, English and French essential and ideally other European languages would be desirable.

This is an exciting role with lots of rewarding challenges in an internationally acclaimed property with terrific facilities. It is very much a seasonal resort operation though this position will be a full time placement. Outlets include 5 restaurants, in-room dining, and 2 bar outlets, conference and banqueting facilities for up to 350 people and a legendary nightclub. The property is in immaculate condition and calls for a polished and very well presented and customer focused Food and Beverage Manager to take charge.

We would like to hear from accomplished Food and Beverage specialists with some European and International working experience. You will be the face of the department and the mentor to a willing and able team.

Your organisational skills, training ability and commercial acumen will have to be excellent and as a key person in the Senior Management Team, you will be expected to work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef in developing and implementing new concepts and menus.

Although demanding on your skills, mental strength and personal dedication, this assignment is ideal for a hands-on manager to make their mark in a key property and join one of the last real Grand Hotels in Switzerland.
