Job Description

The Starmeeting Concierge will act as liaison between the meeting planner and all operating departments and to ensure a high standard of organization and guest service, overseeing daily Business Centre operations, throughout all convention and banquet meeting areas. This position should anticipate and act upon all guests needs, demonstrating high energy levels & providing consistently high levels of customer service.



Requirements

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

He/ she:

• Is able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace;
• Is able to read and write to facilitate the communication process;
• Knowledge of hotel food and beverage and general FO operations (check-in/out, SPG etc…)
• Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages;
• Excellent interpersonal and sales-related skills.
