What will I be doing?
Be a Wellness ambassador for our associates
Provide assistance to our associates in major sickness and incidents and emergencies.
Coordinate Wellness activities and health camps for our associates
Assist the PRO with medicals and occupational health cards for new starters
Assist Associates with medical reimbursements and sick leaves
Apply for insurance cards and be responsible for renewals
Coordinate clinic activities, create materials and presentations, research key topics, and provide ongoing support and follow up in project timelines.
Monitor/follow up health certificates for the F&B handlers
Maintain and keep updated record for the hotel clinic medicines whenever required
Assist the Cluster Director of Human Resources in any other HR activities as required.
