Manager in Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously,
some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who
can be anexpert at what you do; by acting and looking the part and adapting

to your guests’ needs; by taking ownership for getting things done and working
seamlessly with others to help guests be successful. 


The Crowne Plaza® Abu
Dhabi hotel is located on Hamdan Bin Mohammed Street, at the center of Abu
Dhabi's thriving commerce and culture, just 15 minutes from ADNEC and half an

Duties and


· Sets goals and delegates tasks to improve
outlet/departmental performance.

· Conducts monthly department meetings with the
service team.

· Ensures that service colleagues are
knowledgeable on both food and beverage menus.

· Ensures perfect environment/communication at the
outlet between culinary and service team.

· Leads shifts and actively participates in the

· Ensuring and Providing Exceptional Customer

· Sets a positive example for guest relations

· Coordinate with the Asst. F&B Manager for
restaurant requirements. Be aware of competition and market needs (competition
check, pricing, promotion strategies).

· Planning of the weekly duty
roster/vacation plan/public holidays/overtime.

High school diploma or
equivalent and at least 1-2 years restaurant management experience in a full
service outlet or similar setting.  Hospitality Management Degree or some
college preferred
