Operations Manager (European) Catering & Facility Management - Gulf Region
The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of relevant experience in the Catering / Offshore Catering with minimum 5 years as Operations Director / Operations manager with a large Catering unit.
The Operations Manager will have overall operational responsibility for one of the three sectors. The three sectors are: Government Sector, Commercial Sector and Oil & Gas Sector.
On Safety, develop and deliver operations HSE plan with Operations Director and QHSE Manager
Provide expert input into the Annual Business Plan and will be responsible for day to day implementation once approved by the Management.
Manage operations effectively within the annual operating budget, and report accurately on progress made, challenges encountered and direct action to correct deviations.
