Job Description

 

Operating under the guidance of the Executive Chef, the Pantry team is responsible for routine food production, as indicated in the menu plan and recipes, in the cold galley and other assigned areas. Team members are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards; and managing equipment and machinery in their assigned areas/workstations. Members of this team must have extensive cooking and food preparation experience in the pantry of a four- or five-star cruise ship, hotel, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility.
