Job Description

 

EMAAR Hospitality Group is looking for Payroll Coordinator with strong background in payroll processes. Knows Oracle and other HR Systems.

JOB ROLE: Payroll Coordinator

This position reports to Payroll Supervisor. Main responsibilities are assisting cluster payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate administration of employee compensation in accordance with established policies within required turnaround time.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure the payroll, systems and processes across Emaar Hospitality Group are appropriate to business needs, producing accurate and timely employee remuneration payments together with effective management and administration of employee benefits.

Regular monitoring of time and attendance system for all Properties.

Establish protocols and procedures for maintaining the payroll system in order to accommodate changes affecting the way in which the system is structured, managed and maintained, e.g. changes to organizational structures, business unit and accounting codes, employee benefit plans and other regulatory requirements.

Ensuring proper accounting of all payroll related accruals.

Preparing month-end JV interface to Financial System.

Ensure that payroll policies and procedures of the group are followed. 2-3 years of experience in the same capacity within a 4 or 5 star hotel property or other relevant industries.

Check accuracy of information in final payroll report

Knowledge in Payroll Software as an added advantage.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

To move into this position you will draw on your similar of experience gained in a payroll.

You will have excellent spoken and written English, be fully conversant with payroll systems experience of Time and Attendance or HR Systems.

As an organized and methodical individual, you should also be able to communicate and negotiate with people at all levels of the business and work under pressure especially during the payroll period to meet deadlines.
