We invite you to be part of the dynamic team as: Kitchen Artist For F&B Kitchen.     Kitchen Artist’s Duties: Reporting to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service •Creation of all Festive & Themed Buffet Props Ice Carvings & Set - up •Assist Garde Kitchen Artist & Garde Mange upon completion of Chef Carver duties or when assigned by Sous Chefs •Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions in daily shift briefings •Ensure store room requisitions are accurate •Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions •Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment •Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards •Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage • Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards • Follow all safety policies • Other duties as assigned   OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY: To follow the Hotel set Safety standards, and adhere to all rules and regulations as set out by the Occupational Health and Safety Act and to take reasonable care at work so as not to put self or others at unnecessary risk.   Qualifications:   We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:      Diploma or Certificate from a recognized culinary school an asset, 5 years related culinary experience to include ice carving, butter sculptures and styro foam carving, superior creative skills, excellent team, organization, communication skills.
