- Good level of communication in written and spoken English
- Individual has to be outgoing with a professional demeanor yet pleasant and approachable personality and have the ability to handle guests with charisma and charm
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills are a plus
- The role reports to the Senior Service Coordinator or in the absence Assistant Restaurant Manager
