Director of Sales - MICE, Area role
We are looking for a proactive and engaged person to manage the MICE segment for an international hotel company: the role will be based in the Middle East.
Middle East work experience is highly desirable with demonstrable knowledge of the locally based DMC’s, MICE agents and corporate organisations, as well as internationally known clients, globally but especially from the UK and Europe.
This position requires someone who is very organised, commercially astute, with excellent communication skills to engage with all the key internal stakeholders and clients. They will be able to work under pressure, drive business in a fast paced environment and have the passion to deliver. They will also be technically sound – having worked with a global hotel company and understand the RFP process e.g Lanyon, Cvent etc.
