Director of Sales & Marketing (Opening) - Asia
We are looking for a proactive person to take on the opening DOSM role for a new-build 4* hotel, due to open end of Q1. It is the first in the country and so is a high profile opportunity and one, that would appeal to either an experienced DOS looking for a first DOSM role or a DOSM within a smaller hotel/company keen to progress their career within a leading global hotel organisation.
The company considers this an "entry" role and for the right person it will be the start of a bright and progressive career with them. As such the salary is not at a standard DOSM level and certain ex-pat benefits are not offered including schooling. Therefore it is suitable for someone single, happy to move single status or married without children. Other details can be discussed on an individual basis. However, it is still a great opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious person and, if successful, there would be career advancement quite quickly.
The business mix is pre-dominantly leisure of which most will come from Asia and Europe, so knowledge of the regional leisure segment is essential.
