Position Summary
Your role is to ensure that all guests are enjoying a positive and memorable Anantara experience. In this you are a key ambassador for the hotel and the Anantara brand, and will work to create one of the most powerful first impressions for our guests. You will need a friendly and outgoing personality, and a genuine interest in meeting and serving new guests from all over the world.  In this role you will cover many areas including; information provider, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, hotel representative, public relations agent, and coordinator of activities, all of which must be performed with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness.

 Qualifications

 • College degree in hotel management or related field
• Previous experience in Front Office
• Familiar with Front Office Systems
• Good communication skills
• Good English, both written and spoken
