Providing full attention and best possible care that every guest to the pool and beach can be granted.  That, with friendly and courteous attitude, I shall support, and maintain the good reputation of the outlet, the Hotel and the company overall.   

Listening and guiding as well as demonstrating care with associate well-being in order to maintain a healthy working environment within the outlet, the Hotel and the company.

Being a natural in adapting to basic and advanced service rules and demonstrate willingness to assist with service if asked for and guide the senior coordinators and coordinators on how to perform their roles to the best of their ability in accordance to the Our Mandates. This would assist in harvesting productivity and maximizing the potential within the talents hired for the outlet.

Maintaining harmonious relationships and good communication within the pool and beach areas, regardless of guests or other associates.

Providing functional assistance to other outlet as and when directed by the Food & Beverage Manager.

Actively support quality improvement process throughout the outlet and the Hotel.

Ensuring that the station and pool/beach areas are organized in terms of cleanliness and equipment and setup according to the meal period guidelines.

Maintaining a clean and pleasant appearance (including complete uniform, tag, polished shoes, perfect grooming, down to earth make up, dressed hair etc.), and give the impression of a well-trained and organized service provider.

Ensuring punctuality in attendance and conform to the standards, which may be established from time to time for this position. I am of the understanding that with high levels of tardiness shall be subjected to disciplinary action based on the Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Policy established by Talent Resources.

Identifying and familiarizing myself with changes in the sales promotions and novelties.

Working varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry.

Shift work, weekend and public holiday work required to relieve financial challenges and provide guest satisfaction.

Understanding and acting upon the legislation in regards to the responsible service of alcohol and entertainment licenses.

Being fully familiar with and act upon local legislation on Health and Safety, Food Safety and HACCP as per the local Municipality guidelines.

Attending training and meetings when required.

Being aware of both hotel security and privacy in respect to all associates and clients.

Reporting all maintenance problems in your area. Plan and provide care of equipment furnishings and all hotel property within F&B areas and later ensuring maintenance requests are carried out and completed.

Encouraging work simplification, efficiency and general pride in work performed.

Ensuring proper, correct order taking to speed-up service and those guests are getting the preferred order.

Recommending and suggesting specialties to the guests through menu knowledge, suggestive selling techniques.

Actively participating in up-selling efforts.
