One could expect maximum challenge, yet rewarding in this multiple role. Being our Revenue Manager, you would be responsible for determining, developing, monitoring and adjusting sales and pricing strategies, hence maximize yielding.  Other function in this role would include:

  • Market Intelligence / Conducting competition & demand analyses,
  • Providing critical analysis of chosen strategies,
  • Reviewing Room statistics and analyzing general demand factors for efficient and balanced selling
  • To Serves as primary liaison with Front Office, Sales and Marketing and Reservations.
  • Hiring, training, supervising and managing performance of our Reservations / Revenue team.

You would also be responsible for defining objectives and monitoring Hotel’s e-commerce strategies and marketing plans. Developing relevant budgets, monitoring productivity and preparing various status reports shall be your prime focus in the role.
