You will be responsible to maintain and increase the culinary quality standards of the QACC production. it includes the management of operation in portioning section and the handover to assembly department in accordance with HACCP standards.
You will be In charge of maintaining the production within but not limited to budgeted targets in productivity and material cost. The role further includes the training, development, hiring and discipline subordinate staff.About You
You should be holding bachelor degree or equivalent. B.S Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or A.A. Degree in Culinary Arts. Executive Management - minimum 8 years of job-related experience required. Experience of handling senior culinary position within airline catering or large food production company will have an added advantage.
