  • Young, creative Chef De Cuisine required to oversee the International All Day Dining restaurant as well as Room Service
  • Must have  extensive knowledge of international  cuisine

Our client is managing a very busy hotel in Cairo which has a large fleet of F&B outlets and functions facilities for up to 500 pax.

Their International All Day Dining Restaurant now requires a young, dynamic Chef De Cuisine with the  following background and work experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in large internationally branded 5 star hotel operations as a Chef De Cuisine – prior exposure in European properties a distinct advantage
  • Flexible and able to work in a challenging environment – need strong leadership skills and able to motivate and guide
  • Good English language skills is a must
  • Excellent trainer with well rounded international culinary skills
  • Must be creative, bringing new ideas to the restaurant
  • Good all rounder – strong on buffet work but also with finesse on a la carte
  • Well versed in the HACCP process and certified with industry standards food hygiene certificates - maintains a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practice (HACCP trained)
  • Must be used to working in a multi-cultural working environment
