<p>• To ensure all guest baggage are delivered promptly to their rooms as soon as they have registered.<br /> <br /> • To promptly and courteously answer the telephone.<br /> <br /> • To work and comply, if possible, with each and every guest request.<br /> <br /> • To assist the guest immediately when requested by a guest for checkout.<br /> <br /> • To ensure all messages, mail, telexes, fax, parcels and other items for guests are correctly and promptly delivered to the rooms.<br /> <br /> • To ensure all baggage held for storage is recorded and claim tickets (baggage tags) are correctly issued to guests.<br /> <br /> • To see that the cleanliness of his working areas, guest elevators, hotel entrance and the lobby is maintained (ashtrays, doors, floor, seats, etc.).<br /> <br /> <br /> • To ensure that at all times the loading and unloading of luggage is performed properly at the side entrance with no obstruction to guests arriving at the hotel through the main entrance.<br /> <br /> • To ensure that the trolleys are accounted for on every shift and those they are stacked in a neat and orderly manner.<br /> <br /> • To ensure the daily bulletin board or in-house daily activities are properly and accurately fixed.<br /> <br /> • To schedule employees according to the demands of arriving business and to assign tasks to them.<br /> <br /> • To work closely with the Front Office Assistant, Telephone Operators and Assistant Manager.<br /> <br /> • To report any major problems or incidents to the Front Office Manager, the Assistant Manager or<br /> Concierge.<br /> <br /> • To orientate and train new staff in the Hotel’s organization, and acquaint them with hotel policies.<br /> <br /> • To ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the Bell Counter.<br /> <br /> • To check that a smooth car loading/unloading takes place, including the coordination with the parking area.<br /> <br /> • To attend departmental meetings and training programs when requested.<br /> <br /> • To perform any other duties as may be directed by his Supervisors, the Management and/or the</p>
