The Crowne Plaza Dubai is an upscale hotel brand located along the business area of Sheikh Zayed Road with over 568 rooms, 13 international restaurants and bars, and has one of the largest meeting, conference and banqueting facilities in the UAE.

Currently, we are looking for Front Office Manager to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team.
The main responsibilities of Front Office Manager at Crowne Plaza is as below:
• Recruiting, training, managing and developing the Front office team which includes Performance management and personal development plans. 
• Ensuring consistent one step ahead service. 
• Developing and executing action plans to drive Guests satisfaction and colleague’s engagement. 
• Assisting in the maximization of Hotel Revenue by up selling, cross selling and monitoring P&L
• Department Budget preparation including manning budget 
• Driving IHG rewards club member’s satisfaction and recognition. 
• Developing and maintaining a collaborative professional relationship with all hotel departments, external vendors, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Accounting policy and Brand Standard. 
• Providing training in and ensuring employees adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures and emergency procedures.
• Other related duties as assigned by Hotel Manager. 

Preferred candidate should be a college / university degree graduate with a minimum of four years experiences in a leadership role in an international five star hotel with preferable experience in the same role in the Middle East.  Essentially, we are looking for a Front Office operations expert with pride, passion and energy that can support in leading and developing a great team and drive excellent guest experience. An outgoing personality is also important whilst representing the Crowne Plaza brands.

Ultimately, you will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English.  You will be a self-starter and you will be able to demonstrate understanding of the business and link the business environment to IHG commitments; have a high level of drive for results and ability to lead and motivate team members to achieve the results; will be adaptable and flexible with the ability to build relationships in a multi-cultural environment and gain trust and support of team members and senior managers.  You will have exceptional planning, organizing and delegating skills with attention to detail.  You will have the ability to exhibit strong decision making skills to deliver brand service standards resulting in highest guest satisfaction.  You will possess a high level of integrity to lead by example and gain respect of peers and colleagues.
