About Your Job

The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering a high quality of standard food and beverage service to all premium passengers in all parts of the Hamad International Airport Lounges. You will ensure that a high level of customer service is provided to customers, with emphasis on increasing brand value at all times. You will also undertake general or special duties as required by the Supervisor/Lounge Manager.

You will communicate and work together with other team members assigned in different areas such as the kitchen, stores and operations with the objective of seamless integration of duties and functions. You will ensure that hygienic food and beverage management procedures are followed and that cleanliness are maintained at all times in all areas of the operations. You will contribute exceptional product knowledge to promote Premium Services and Qatar Airways products and assist the customers in all of their inquiries.

About You

You have High School Diploma or Trade/Vocational qualification with minimum of 2 years of job related experience in 5-star Hotels/Lounges. Hospitality and Food and Beverage certificate/diploma/degree is an added advantage. You are well-trained with Food and Beverage Service techniques through reputed hotels and restaurants.

You have knowledge of 5-star food and beverage service including service of wines, champagnes, cocktails and other beverages and has experience in taking food orders, explaining menus and culinary offer. You are people focused and has experience in working for a multi-cultural working environment.

You demonstrate at all times the importance of upholding the highest personal and professional standard and have positive and passionate attitude towards the customers. You are a team player with a positive outlook and a keen eye for details. You have well-developed social skills, able to handle all type of people and situation and have high level of versatility and flexibility to meet the varied needs and expectations of customers.
