- The candidate must be able to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of their kitchen
- Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities.
- Supervises kitchen shift operation and ensures compliance with all F&B standards
- Assists the pastry Chef in research and test of new products and dishes for his outlet
- good knowledge of food safety management
- Good knowledge of menu writing
- Good in problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively managing labor productivity
- Good presentation skills
- Strong organization skills
- To pro-actively explore new solutions and products enhancing the company's standards..
- To role model excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of in pastry and bakery
- Previous 5 star hotel experience in similar role, preferable in the Middle East
- Good knowledge in pastry preparation.
- High school diploma or similar required.
- Excellent command of English language (both oral and written).
- Computer skills (MS Office, e-mail, MC)
