  • The candidate must be able to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of their kitchen
  • Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities.
  • Supervises kitchen shift operation and ensures compliance with all F&B standards
  • Assists the pastry Chef in research and test of new products and dishes for his outlet
  • good knowledge of food safety management
  • Good knowledge of menu writing
  • Good in problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively managing labor productivity
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • To pro-actively explore new solutions and products enhancing the company's standards..
  • To role model excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of in pastry and bakery


  • Previous 5 star hotel experience in similar role, preferable in the Middle East
  • Good knowledge in pastry preparation.
  • High school diploma or similar required.
  • Excellent command of English language (both oral and written).
  • Computer skills (MS Office, e-mail, MC)
